The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon
by
Stephen King

A little girl gets lost in the woods while hiking with her arguing mother and brother. She thinks she can find her way back to the trail, but only goes farther and farther into the woods. Her only companion is her radio. She daydreams (and even hallucinates at the end) that her favorite baseball player (Tom Gordon) is with her. She has to stay away from the monster in the woods.

This was a very poorly written book. Considering this book came from Stephen King, I kept reading it, thinking it had to get better. Sadly, it didn't. It had no plot and no direction until the last 15 pages or so pages. I was very disappointed in this book, and would not recommend it to read.
